Mr. Cintron recently retired from government service after a distinguished career in the field of housing and community development in which he served for close to forty years. During that time, Mr. Cintron held various senior executive level positions in federal, state, county, and city governments. In those roles, Mr. Cintron was afforded the opportunity to influence strategic public policy formulation at all levels.
