  • Efficiently lead trainings for housing agency staff and procedures in Florida, New York, and Washington D.C.
  • Oversaw management of billions in federal dollars of CDBG-DR, HOME, Emergency Solutions, and homeless program funding for over 25 years in Florida.
  • Successfully negotiated for the redevelopment of over 12,000 new affordable housing units in Florida, which consisted of public housing, low-income housing tax credits, project-based Section 8, and market rate units using fixed models.
  • Proper and effective management of billions in federal funds in Florida, New York, and Washington D.C.
